This is the introductory episode of the New Exiting Ohugen Chronicles Series. Episode 1, The Legend Of Frank The Tank, will be exploring the culminating circumstances and events (in 1960’s Florida) which lead to the Legend of Frank The Tank (Franko Manendez). Sheriff Franko is introduced supervising construction of the New Mose City Gate. He is approached by 3 squad cars of neighboring St Johns Police lead by Sheriff William Star Jr.
